Event: KJ & Caldwell: A Football Tournament

Date: Sunday, July 21, 2019

Time: Tournament: 10:00am - 4:00pm; After Party & Live Podcast: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Tournament Location: Riverdale Park East (550 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, between Danforth & Gerrard)

After Party Location: Eastbound Brew Pub (700 Queen Street East, Toronto, just east of Broadview)

Team Fee & Details:  $1,000 - Maximum 11 players per team, including your goalkeeper. It’s going to be a great day!

Featuring: TSN’s Kristian Jack & Steven Caldwell and a long list of media, former professionals and celebrity guests, who will be confirmed soon.

100% of all registration fees will go directly to ‘Football for Good’ in Uganda.

FORMAT & BENEFITS

YOUR TEAM & THE EVENT
- Maximum 11-player roster. We will be playing 5v5 football, plus your goalkeeper.
- Each team will be guaranteed at least 3 matches.
- This is a co-ed event and is open to everyone. However, there are no limits to the number of male and/or female players you must field. This is a ‘fun first’ tournament. 

TEAM BENEFITS
- GEAR: Every team member will a receive tournament t-shirt or jersey.
- BEER: ‘Free tasting flight’ and private after party at Eastbound Brew Pub.
- PRIZES: After party raffles and prize draws.
- LIVE POD: KJ & Caldwell will get the tournament participants and guests involved with ‘A Football Podcast’ live.

REGISTRATION & TEAM FEE
- The Team Fee is $1,000. Maximum 11 player roster (including your goalkeeper).
- Should you wish to register as an individual, or if you need a goalkeeper for the day, please contact us at the email below.

WHO YOU'RE SUPPORTING

Football for Good (FFG) is already being recognized as East Africa's top full-time youth football academy and scholarship program. FFG now has a national training centre in Kampala and a regional training centre in Gulu, which provides the best young boys and girls with a scholarship that gives them full-time football training, international coaching and exposure, as well as an exemplary academic and character development program. Since 2015, FFG has run grassroots programs that have over 25,000 youth.

In the past 12 months alone, FFG’s first global scholar, Geoffrey, ventured to one of Canada’s top boarding schools, St. Andrew’s College, on a full scholarship; while FFG also launched East Africa’s only residential football & scholarship opportunity for girls.
