Footy For Good Event - KJ's World Cup Auction

Join us on Thursday, June 7th at Opera Bob's Public House for a fun night of Fantasy Footy action with great prizes -- for a good cause.

Date & Time: Thursday, June 7th, 2018. Fun starts at 7pm!

Location: Opera Bob's Public House (1112 Dundas West at Ossington, Toronto)

Cost: $150 per team. (Limited to 24 teams. Maximum 3 people per team.)

Come out to compete against TSN's Kristian Jack and friends, in this one-of-a-kind 'World Cup 2018 Fantasy Pool'.

Join us for a fun auction, and plenty of footy chat and banter with media celebrities, former pros and fellow fans. Along with your chance to get competitive, and assemble a winning 'World Cup' team of your very own!

The format will be auction style. The auctioneer, The Score's Dan Rouse, will announce an available player -- and teams then auction ' fantasy money' for that player, with the winner adding that player to their 11-man roster.


  • $100-miilion 'Fantasy Budget', to buy...

  • 1 Goalkeeper

  • 4 Defenders

  • 3 Midfielders

  • 3 Forwards


  • 3 points for a clean sheet (Defenders and GKs only)

  • 5 points for a goal

  • 2 points for playing a full 90 minutes (which means an entire match, including extra or additional time)


  • The team with the most points at the end of the World Cup wins the grand prize of $600 (assuming 24 participating teams) + 3 footballs signed by the entire TFC squad!

  • Plus, a ton of other fun prizes for trivia, etc. during the night!

The final World Cup squads will be announced June 4th. A list of available players and their positions will be available prior to the draft -- so you can get ready for the action!
